We offer a bespoke service and strive to accommodate your financial plan.

What is the typical process for booking The Floral Couturier for a wedding?

Once the date and venue are confirmed and aligned with your ideal investment, an introductory telephone conversation provides an opportunity to engage with you as a couple or your event professional and share in the floral vision for the celebratory event.

Following consultation, we create a comprehensive proposal and design visualisation for review. The journey of a couture wedding unfolds as a collaborative and exclusive experience, elaborating each couple’s unique vision.

Once the proposal is confirmed, we kindly request a 25% deposit to secure your date in our event schedule.

How much advance notice is required to Save The Date?

You can commence the booking process as far in advance as you wish, but we recommend scheduling a meeting with The Floral Couturier at least three to six months before your wedding day.

Providing ample notice is recommended to secure our services for your chosen date. While we can create floral installations on shorter notice, please be aware that availability may be limited.

Payment schedule for wedding booking

To secure your booking and ensure our dedicated services for your wedding day a deposit of 25% is required.

A payment of 50% will be requested six months prior to the event, with the remaining balance 28 days prior to your celebratory occasion.

In addition to floral arrangements and their associated costs, what other fees are included in the proposal?

Our installation masters carefully execute the design specifications with white-glove precision, bringing beautiful floral enchantment to life on the day of the event.

Floral artisans dedicated to the art of wedding styling are intrinsic to our installation experience.

The dismantling of hardware and collection post-wedding unfolds in the early hours or the following morning, carried out by our skilled crew members, guided by the complexity of your unique wedding design.

When is the final opportunity for amendments to the design?

Changes to the designs can be made 28 days prior to the event date, allowing creativity to flourish and evolve.

If selected flowers for the design are unavailable at time of ordering, will they be substituted?

We believe that the beauty of your wedding blossoms with the flowers that are in season. If unforeseen circumstances arise and your chosen flowers are not available, we will inspire you with suitable alternatives.
